OUR TRADES COUNTERS, COLLECTIONS AND DELIVERIES ARE OPERATING DIFFERENTLY
As the current situation continues to develop, we are taking a proactive approach to our planning, enabling us to continue to support you during the current climate. Our carefully designed strategy means our customer trade counters and deliveries are still fully operational, albeit under new safety measures designed to avoid any unnecessary physical contact.
EFFECTIVE SOCIALDISTANCING
Many trade counter enquiries, even those that require sample identification, can be conducted via telephone or email. Our dedicated teams remain readily available via telephone, email, Skype, Facetime and WhatsApp, so we urge you to get in touch instead of dropping in, unless absolutely necessary. We are still here supporting you and your business.
If you do need to call into a counter, then please don't be offended if we keep our distance while we help you with your request. As outlined in the NHS guidelines, we do wipe down our surfaces, door handles etc on a regular basis.
COLLECTIONS AND DELIVERIES ARE GOING CONTACTLESS
We are operating a simple contactless collection and delivery system for a number of our customers. This method has been specifically designed to minimise the risks of spreading infection, while ensuring the effective delivery of goods. It operates as follows;
Drivers deliver/collect goods to/from a designated safe location
The driver takes a photograph of a date stamped poster located within the specified location (Templates provided by ERIKS)
They then step away and inform of the delivery via a phone call or text
All you need to do is contact your local service centre and nominate a secure location, attach the dated and signed form (DOWNLOAD HERE) each day and agree that a photograph of the form is acceptable as proof of delivery. If you are interested in adopting this method, please give us a call and we will make the appropriate arrangements and provide you with instructions.
TOGETHER WE'RE STRONGER
Driven by official advice, social distancing is vital to flattening the curve of Covid-19, and by working together, we will adapt and continue to ‘Make Industry Work Better.’
